Competence • Preparation • Service

Prepared to serve.

Leadership should arrive with clear ideas, a practical agenda and the discipline to turn promises into measurable results for the people.

Yusuf Garba logo
Public office is not a place to discover what the job should be. It is a place to implement well-thought-out ideas for the benefit of the people.

The Riverlight Vision

I see a gateway where others see the edge.

Riverlight is my 30-year vision for turning Adamawa’s river, location, agriculture, energy, technology and talent into a connected economy.

I refuse to believe that Adamawa must remain distant from opportunity. With evidence, partnerships and patient work, we can build a new gateway.

The People’s Agenda 2027

Six promises. One accountable mandate.

I am placing six personal pledges before you — a stronger voice in Abuja, federal presence, lasting projects, jobs, agriculture and an open office.

Do not judge me by the title I seek. Judge me by the voice I provide, the opportunities I open and the account I give of your mandate.

The People’s Agenda 2027

Six promises I am placing before you.

I am asking for your mandate on the basis of six personal commitments: to make your voice heard in Abuja, bring federal presence closer, deliver projects that last, open pathways to income, move agriculture towards industry and run an office you can reach and measure.

01

Your Voice in Abuja

I will use bills, motions, oversight and budget advocacy to make our constituency heard and defended.

Why I’m Running
Our people are talented. Our young people are ambitious. Our communities are resilient.

I am Yusuf Garba, a technology professional, entrepreneur, agribusiness investor and development advocate from Jambutu, Yola North.

My journey across technology, enterprise, agriculture and social impact has taught me that progress is built when ideas are turned into institutions, when skills become jobs, when farms connect to markets and when leadership listens before it acts.

I am seeking to represent Yola North, Yola South and Girei in the House of Representatives with a commitment to effective lawmaking, rigorous oversight, strategic budget advocacy and a constituency service model that stays connected to the people.

A Journey Built on Work

From Jambutu to enterprise, technology and public service.

The campaign is rooted in lived experience: learning, building, employing, solving problems and working across sectors that shape everyday life.

Roots in Jambutu

Raised and educated in Adamawa, with a personal connection to the people and realities of the constituency.

Technology Career

Built professional experience in cloud computing, digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity and web technology.

Entrepreneurship

Co-founded and led ventures spanning technology, agribusiness, web services, hardware and solar, sports development and social impact.

Public Leadership

Bringing professional discipline, private-sector execution and long-term development thinking into a people-centred political movement.

THE PRINCIPLE

Leadership should build what lasts.

Politics must move from seasonal promises to institutions, opportunities and infrastructure that continue improving lives long after election banners come down.

The Riverlight Vision

This is the future I believe Adamawa can build.

Riverlight is my 30-year vision for connecting Adamawa’s location, the River Benue, inland ports, dams, trade, agriculture, energy, technology, industry, transport and human talent into one economic system.

I do not present it as an overnight promise. I present it as a disciplined journey: build the evidence, build the coalition, build the enabling infrastructure and deliver viable components in phases.
